We are not advertising a specific role today, but we welcome introductions from people working in machine learning, robotics, aerospace systems, plasma physics, controls, embedded computing, scientific software, and experimental instrumentation.

Our work favors intellectual honesty, careful measurement, clear technical writing, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines. We value researchers who can distinguish an interesting result from a reliable one and engineers who design experiments as thoughtfully as they design systems.
